Great location with many amenities

I will definitely stay here again when I am in Austin. The hotel was clean, the bed comfortable, the staff friendly, and the made to order breakfast delicious.

Pros: The servers in the breakfast room on 9/15 were super great!!
Cons: New mattresses and pillows!! check all the equipment in room for properly working.
Not the quality expected for a Hilton brand. Disappointed in the room comfort. The bed looked and felt like an elephant had last slept there - very "sunken in" - for two people in bed we kept sinking into each other. The pillows were fluffy in appearance only. As soon as put head on they became flat as pancake. The bedside table did not work. I reported it and they never sent anyone to fix or replace.

No fan in bathroom Styrofoam cups disgusting Not enough towels No extra blankets or towels Ac not cool Breakfast expensive And overrated

Sorry customer service at front desk

I did not have a stay. I did not have a physical credit card with me. I use Samsung Pay for most in person purchases. I also have a digital credit card. I don't know if any of these options would have worked at this hotel, because I was simply turn away before I could mention it. In fact, I went next door to the Hilton garden inn. they were able to work with those options.
