Pros: The staff friendliness, the room was well configured and set-up and the convenience of the location.
The hotel was conveniently located and close to highway. The staff was very friendly, helpful and caring, I was gladly surprised of their customer service and people skills. The room had everything we needed and it was very clean too. Breakfast was also really good.

DISSAPOINTED

Pros: Close to freeway easy to go places.
Cons: it is difficult to fix issues where people do not care about their job. CLEANING should always be first in hotels.
Location: the hotel was close to freeway.
Our two rooms were not cleaned during our two night stay. breakfast area was dirty. the hotel carpet was dirty. We will not stay there ever again.

Greetings, Thank you for your feedback with us! After looking into this it looks like you placed a 'Go Green' sign on your door indicating you did not wish to have service that day instead opting for Reward points as part of Marriott's environmentally friendly program. This would mean housekeeping would not service your room that day. Sorry for any confusion on this!

Our rooms were not cleaned. The beds were not done. The dirty towels were on the floor. Can not believe a hotel of this caliber would be so inconsiderate of their guests. We will never stay in this nasty place again.

Good location for north Austin area.

Location: Close to The Domain
Utilitarian. Good place to stay if you need a north Austin location and aren't concerned with much else.

Needs a Facelift

Pros: Price
Cons: Public areas are showing their age and need renovation. Sofa and TV placement in room are odd.
Question: Where do all the old, outdated, original flat-screen TVs go just prior to the landfill? Answer: Springhill Suites.

Nice hotel.

The hotel was very close to the wedding venue and plenty shopping and restaurants are in the area.
