Pros: everything
Cons: nothing
I know we will deftly stay here again. nice pool and had a place to exercise and the staff was very friendly.the food was amazing to.

Very nice hotel, not much of a view!

Pros: Very comfortable bed, nice pillows, very nice front desk check-in woman (Bertha)
Cons: Allowing guests to have a hotel credit when circumstances are beyond their control for room bookings. We would gladly have rescheduled.
Location: Near restaurants, shopping mall, fast food, casino
Booked the room because of the Lynyrd Skynyrd concert, but it was postponed due to the guitarist having heart surgery. Hotel management refused to issue a refund or allow us to have a hotel credit until the concert was rescheduled....(we booked a nonrefundable room, but were calling 2 weeks before our stay). Not happy that circumstances were beyond our control and we could not have a credit for a later date. We decided to use the room anyway since this was a birthday celebration weekend. Upon checking in and signing a waver that we would not smoke in the room, we walked into our room which reeked of tobacco! We went right back to the front desk to request a new room. Bertha at the front desk was very apologetic and sweet, and upgraded our room to a junior suite! That helped make up for a very frustrating situation. The room was lovely, clean, and smelled great! The bed was very comfortable, although a queen is way too small for 2 larger people used to a king-sized bed, and the pillows were wonderful! The room was also quiet. The view was of the parking lot below, but we didn't mind. The room was very nice and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Perfect hotel for our family!

We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn in Elgin this weekend. The hotel is modern, clean, and has an excellent staff. Our children were able to eat both dinner and breakfast free at the hotel, which was extremely helpful. The pool was very kid friendly with shallow depths and water spray functions. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Beautiful Hotel

I was very impressed with the hotel and cleanliness. The rooms are spacious and very modern in decor. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Great room for the price!!

Good staff

Pros: Front staff.
Cons: I prefer plain yogrut at breakfast not flavoured sweet type.
Location: easy to access to highway, but was under construction sometime.
Front staff was very friendly and supportive. Even I forgot my breakfast ticket, thier response was fast and I felt no inconvinience at all. View from room is not great as street was in front and lots of lorries stopped in front of the hotel. But room size was very big and I could stay with very confortable space.
