The AC units on the second 2nd floor are pretty much just fans. The 5th floor is nice and up to par.

I didn’t like the way the front desk treated not only us personally but others as well.

Nice Hotel. Décor seemed a bit dated. Desk staff was not very outgoing, pleasant, or receptive.

Clean, comfortable bed with modern linens and shower but not all areas have been updated. Carpeting is old and feels dirty under your feet. Furniture is very old and dated. Free shuttle to Love airport, free breakfast and wifi, quick checkin

I had a very short stay, but the staff was pleasant, the room was clean and I appreciated the free breakfast ,but it was cold. I give it an 8+.

Friendly staff. Let us leave our car there and take the shuttle to the airport even though we were only staying the one night

Very positevely surprised! Good wifi signal for working or communicating with your loved ones, a good and delicious buffet breakfast, clean room, cozy and comfortable bed, shampoo, soap and lotion on the bathroom, and the most kind attention of the staff. I asked how to get to Walmart, and they gave me the ride for free, also there was free shuttle starting at 5 a.m. Awesome hotel! Thank you!
