The employees were very friendly and professional The hotel itself was a bit dated I’m glad I brought my own towels because the hand towels were so worn, I couldn’t even dry my hands. Housekeeping did come to the room every day to see if service was needed. The mattress on the pull out couch was nothing but springs. I immediately folded it back in. The couch itself looked suspect and I wouldn’t sit on it. The bedspread AND duvet had blood on them…..how housekeeping didn’t say it on white covers is beyond me. It was always either too hot or too cold in the room & the a/c unit made a constant loud noise. The complimentary breakfast was a cooked breakfast and not continental but it wasn’t very tasty I wouldn’t stay again

The guy working the desk was RUDE and beyond worthless. Im 90% blind i made him aware of this but he never mentioned the hotel policy on not allowing food delivery to the room. I waited for 2 hours after ordering a pizza to find out it had been sitting at the front desk. I yelled at the pizza restaurant because the guy at the hotel front desk didnt call or tell me about this policy. When i went down to get my pizza he laughed at me for asking why he never told me. The guy said its not his job to call or tell me anything. Then i got charged for parking. IM BLIND. I DONT DRIVE I GOT DROPPED OFF. This hotel is worthless.

I booked a king suite, and was given a two Queen handicap room. It was extensively loud, with someone always talking and slamming the doors in the connecting room and someone jumping off the bed stomping above. The connecting door made me very uncomfortable, I even placed the side tables in front of the door so no one could just come into my room. They cleaned the room almost daily, but there were skittles stuck into the floor that’s stayed from the time I arrived until I left. I wouldn’t stay here again, just because I didn’t feel as comfortable as I was expecting too.

The staff was very friendly and helpful the hotel was very clean. However, the lounge chairs in pool area were all torn but 1 which was being used. It was not a relaxing experience at all. The sitting area for breakfast was limited and not a comfortable space to eat in
