The lady was very nice and professional

The bathroom needed some help though. Paint in tub peeling, tissue rack broken and sink held water. Other than that it was nice. Very courteus staff. The lady from Louisiana was excellent

This was possibly the worst hotel

Disgustingly dirty! Pubic hairs, dirty toilet, sticky counter tops. Other people’s items left in refrigerator. Hair in the blanket. Dusty! Trash behind dresser and television. Informed front desk and all was said was management would be notified. If it wasn’t a holiday week we would of left. Room we were originally given smelled of cigars smoke so we changed rooms. The alarm clock in the room went off for hours every day we were there. Do not go to this hotel, the price isn’t worth it. It’s scary dirty!!!!!!!

No Surprises

Cons: Nothing.
Location: Houston Willow Brook. Perfect location.
Everything at this hotel was wonderful. No surprises, and everything was nice.

Dead bug in the floor, no pillow tops, phone doesn’t work, no iron, no towels in room, sheets dirty, room was not available at check in time.

Unacceptable

There was trashed outside my door that I had to move just to enter. The rooms were nasty, and outdated

The kitchen was empty, no pots, plates, or flatware. The room smelled like wet dog my entire stay. The bathroom pipes squeaked and it occasionally smelled like cigarettes. The front desk was not staffed at check-in or check-out, I had to wait. Room rate was higher than room value received.

Not Happening!

As a result of hurricane Harvey I was forced to look for a new location to stay while in Houston... I checked in, went to my room, turned around and checked out! Nasty doesn't begging to describe this place. I drove back to Louisiana instead of staying there.
