The pics online do not look like the rooms. The door is literally bent and no secondary lock on door. The curtain is hanging down on one left side. There was hair on the bed. It's overall a very very low quality room. The location is very unsafe as well. Complete let down.

We actually did not stay. We felt unsafe and decided to forfeit our stay and appearly the promised refund. To be fair, the rooms were clean enough but were old and outdated. The rest of the property was out right scary. Staff was friendly enough but made the promise of a refund and then proceeded to avoid Expedia's calls to authorize said refund. Definitely not recommend for anyone traveling alone, females, or anyone with valuables that will have to be left in the car overnight. Although, they do have an impressive camera system and a security guard that looks like he belongs on the LA S.W.A.T. team, which leads to the question of "why do they need a security guard that heavily armed?"

The door to my room had several large dents in it like a battering ram was used on it. There was no telephone in the room so if someone came back with that battering ram my only option would have been to beg for mercy. Elevator was broken the car was 6 inches below ground level and the doors were stuck half open. It gave people the opportunityto throw their trash in it. No outdoor vending and the alcove where machines used to exist had black mold in it, the pool looked like in had not been vacuumed in days, lots of dirt and leaves in it, one of the trees on the pool deck had fallen over and left to lie there, and water was dripping from a second floor landing and, even tho it was a 80 degree day, there was a puddle in the parking lot against the curb that did not evaporate. My reservation was for 4 nights but I checked out the next morning. I did not feel safe.

It was the worst experience there was blood outside in the parking lot and in the bathtub the bathroom counter was dirty the floor was dirty there was white stuff on the curtain there were roaches and we went to the office several times to complain and all they did was send maintenance to clean the tub they didnt offer to change rooms or any kind of refund it felt like they really.didnt seem to care too much and when i showed the guy at the front desk the pictures i took of the blood everywhere and the roaches on the walls and the dirty bloody tub and dirty sink and counter and floor all he said was oh house keeping must of lied about cleaning the room and just kind of brushed me off

It did what I needed it to do AKA a place to sleep, but the door connecting into the next room wouldn’t even close - let alone lock. We ended up moving the chair in the room and the mini fridge in front of the door so we would wake up to the sound if someone tried to open the door. Also, housekeeping repeatedly knocked on the door at 9am while were asleep and when we did not open the door, the lady let herself inside and continued to come in for a bit while we were in the beds. Then, at 10am when we were getting ready to leave because checkout is at 11, a man (I assume he worked there), let himself in with a key without knocking and the only reason he did not see us getting dressed was the door latch. There was also a bunch of screaming outside and from other rooms all night.

The rooms were extremely dirty. The rooms smelled of urine, there was rusty water coming from the tub. Profanity written on the walls. The bathroom door was broken off, so they was no privacy while using the restroom or showering. In the morning the housekeeper didn’t change any sheets the next morning while we watched her clean other rooms. There was crackheads in the parking lot. I wouldn’t ever stay at Travelodge ever again

Has bed bugs, roaches (real bad roaches), the staff if horrible and rude we asked for a refund and they said they refunded us but didn't. There is holes in the walls, stab marks in the chairs and the rooms smell horrible. Worst hotel I've ever been to. Dont stay here...stay at your own risk!!!!!

The motel looked like a horror movie. There were holes in the walls, the bathtub looked like an art project/science experiment, there were bugs, the comforter had cigarette burns in it, the lamp was ripped straight out of the wall, I booked through Expedia and tried to get a refund through the hotel but they said they didn’t do refunds.

I will never ever book at this hotel again. It was dirty, chair in room had what appeared to be stab marks, restroom had a hole in the roof and saw 3 dead roaches. Random people walking around the hotel and overall felt unsafe we ended up just leaving because we kept hearing people screaming/ things be thrown around us. At one point I thought someone was trying to open our door! Worst experience we have ever had staying at a hotel!

Nothing was working well in the hotel. The bathroom was not very clean( there was a bar of use soap on the tub) 😕. The tv did not work. There where holes in the walls. Not a very good night sleep at all. Then to top it off, there were people yelling and fighting in the hall, very early in the morning. Check out was at 11:00 am housekeeping came 10:30. I told her to please come back in a half hour. I should be gone by then. I felt a little rushed.

This hotel was roach infested. There were roaches everywhere. I turned on the facet and roaches went everywhere

Run away.
The first room I had smelled heavily of urine, had lots of roaches and the body of shower looked like the pavement outside. Second room was slightly better. Tub only slightly stained, roaches still heavy, but smelled cleaner.
