A.c. not so cool in texas

A.c. would not get cool. Ran all night. Room stayed got made it unable to sleep. Then when I took shower and walked barefoot across the so called wood floor, the tiles lifted up and stuck to the bottom of my foot! And they said at front desk " they just renovated???"

The day manager was horrible.She was rude and very aggorant. My family stayed at this same mtel for 5 months while our house was being repaired from damages.Maybe we were expecting too much in the way of courtesy.

Hotel worked well, looked like an older building when we arrived but was surprised to see the freshness and newness of the hotel, Taken care of very well. Easier to get into from hwy 290 and 1960

Rude staff and unorganized!

I had asked for an early checking when booking. However, the receptionist still didn't let us go in because the room wasn't ready. So we waited for 3 hours till they were ready.

Lots of Noise

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable.
Cons: In contract with contractors to include times that work can be performed without interfering with their guests.
Location: This was close to Funeral Home and must have been close to other features as there were 5 to 6 other nationally known Motels
At 6:45 am the hotel's landscaping crew fired up their weed eaters, leaf blowers to clean off the walkway in front of each room and the lawnmowers. Called desk clerk and nothing was done. We packed up and came home. All we got from clerk was So Sorry...not good enough!
