Nasty, raunchy, dirty!
Will never stay there again. The room was had a musty, cigarette stench, the bathroom door didn’t close, the sheets on one bed had red stains and comforters had yellow stains on them and the worst part was the continuous knocking throughout the night. Different people kept coming by and knocking throughout the night, there was a lot of activity next door. It was a scary night. We booked the room for 2 nights. Got there at 11:30pm. I was too tired to go look somewhere else and had already paid for my room before getting there. We checked in at 11:30pm and checked out at 10am the next day. Was told they couldn’t refund my money for the second day. I do NOT recommend this place. Terrible night!

Great no frills hotel.
All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the room as it had everything I needed to stay for a week including a fridge, microwave, satellite TV etc. The room was clean and close to good restaurants and shopping. Safe area and close to downtown Houston. I would book this hotel again.

Overall, this was not a good experience at all. When I got arrived, they had to change my room twice because they kept putting me in a room that the housekeeping didn't clean yet. When I finally received a room, It was ancient. The couch in my room had stains, and the room had a nasty smell of smoke: marijuana and cigarette. At 4 am, someone saying they were the police kept banging on a door down the hallway for 30 minutes. There are too many other options in this area for just a little more than offering a better experience. Don't waste your money here.

Day time clerk was great friend ..one night clerk was good , but most night was not nice at all .. the room good . But the bucket for ice super dirty I have to scrub it to take black like mold .. the bad thing the prostitute Women she walk back and forth at my room I can see her feet . I woke up at 1:30 am to load my luggage she was still walking around .. then seat on the stairs Until I left at 2:15 Am .. .. even the night clerk told me not to walk to go to restaurant 3 block away .. .. it’s dangerous.. sad

Thank you for taking survey. From your review we feel that room and staff were good. No issues with hotel. We cannot judge anybody that the person is prostitute all hotel guest are respectful. The only lady you saw might be smoking out as this is non smoking hotel and people cannot smoke in room. She has not bothered you or any other guest. The current staff is almost here from 9 years or more and we have no issues at our hotel. Thank you for your business. We appreciate it.
