Nice but I saw two small bugs 😷

Quiet. Near good eats. Comfy. Nice breakfast. Overall pretty good.

I room wasn't cleaned I was too tired to worry about until the morning after checking in late and a long drive, the bed was so uncomfortable you could feel the springs in your back. The hallways was about as cold as outside you had to go way out of the way to the pool from area blocked off

Great for the price.

The managers and staff were very nice and the rooms are very comfortable. The pool, ice machines, vendining machines, and balcony is very convenient. You can't beat the price, I'll being staying here if I'm in the area.

Awful room!

Pros: Nothing
Location: Convenient to shopping and resturants.
The check in process was fine, got to our room and door was ajar for some reason. The bathroom wallpaper we partially tore off and revealed what looked like black mold. Room was clean enough. Hotel wasn't very busy and we were put at the far end for some reason. Went down in morning for coffee, which wasn't good. Location was good, I met my daughter there for her birthday and we did a lot of shopping, but if I came again, I definitely would not stay there. It worked for a place to rest after a day of shopping, but I just didn't feel comfortable there.

Stay somewhere else

Let me first say, the staff was pleasant. First, checked in got to the room and the door did not properly close - we were in the room for about 20 minutes and then realized the door actually did not shut behind us (sounded like it tho) and had issues trying to open the door it was as it was "stuck", Second, there were only 2 outlets (not counting the 1 in the bathroom) in the room - the mini-fridge was unplugged so there was 1 outlet available with the tv, unplugged the clock and pulled out the night stand so we could plug in our cell phones, Third, reservation clearly had 3 people staying and we received towels/washcloth's for only 2 - went to the front desk to get another set and was informed they could give me another towel but they did not have any washcloth's. I would have rather have spent an extra $30-40 and stayed somewhere else but I have stayed at Baymont's before this is the first one with a bad experience.

Outdated Hotel

Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Remodeling of rooms. Maintenance check of rooms prior to check-in to make sure necessary items are in working conditions.
Location: Close to outlet mall and restaurants.
Reserved two rooms, only one room had a refrigerator and microwave. Couldn't take a shower because the knob was broken off on the facet to pull up to start the shower. The other room room the tv speaker didn't work. Both rooms had dust hanging from the ceiling tiles. Sliding glass doors had fogging in between panes so you couldn't see outside. Hotel in need of renovations.

Shame, Once a nice Hotel, Going down hill

Pros: Very close to shopping and casino and reasonable price.
Cons: Cleaning of rooms and need some upkeep.
Location: Close to Light House Place and Blue Chip Casino.
This Hotel was very nice, but this year it has went down hill. A group of us stay here every year, but we may have to look for another Hotel next year. When we checked in, they said there was no hot water, that we could live with but then the next two days, we had no clean towels left in the bathroom and dirty wash cloths left in bath tub. Had to get towels from desk. Ice buckets were not emptied from day before and no clean ice bag replacements. Very disappointed this year with rooms.

Pros: Location
Location: Everything you need or want to do is near by.
Room was very run down. Stains on carpet, chair and ceilings, worn out curtains. did not feel like a nice clean hotel room. Also no alarm clock in room and no unused electrical plugs to use for cell phones computers etc.

They did refund us the last day when they had a water heater go out and did not have hot water for our room

Great place to sleep

Pros: Very close to I-94, good breakfast, rooms are clean and comfortable, staff is exceptional!
Cons: Kind of odd having the sink out of the bathroom, but does let someone get ready, brush teeth, etc. while another is in the shower.
We returned to this hotel for a second year. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Room is clean and breakfast is better than your normal free continental breakfast. Internet worked well, beds are comfortable.
