Close to the outlet mall!

The hotel needs updating and I was told that was being done real soon. Aside from that our room was clean and comfortable. Dan at the desk was so nice and friendly. He gave us directions to shopping! The bkf was very good! Whirlpool was nice and hot!

Our first trip to Michigan was excellent! The staff was friendly and the hotel met my expectations.

Poor Customer Service

Pros: The location from where I had to go.
Cons: Staffing, furniture update, carpet cleaning.
Location: Shopping, eateries, gas stations and the Blue Chip Casino.
The manager accepted housekeeping word that the room was ready for the next guest. When ready for bed the linen had not been changed and this was reported to the manager and his excuse was he allowed us to check in early. Although we checked in early does not compersate for unclean health risks. We were told if we cancel we would lose our payment because it was a prepaid room with no refund. But the reservation was made for full refund if we cancel before 6pm hotel time day of arrival. They said Expedia was responsible for booking a prepaid non refunable reservation and to take the matter up with them. A prepaid reservation was quoated a lower rate but we wasn't charged the lower rate and was forced to stay there and changed our own linen. The hotel and it's staff puts their guest at high risk of infections.

Nice hotel close to good food and fun.

Our family stayed here because we had an appointment close by. We were happy there was a pool and good restaurants close by. The only issue we had was the pool needs redone and be kept cleaner and the smell of chlorine was everwhere in the hotel. Our room smelled like it and when we got home all of our clothes, suitcases, and computers smelled like chlorine. It has taken us 2 days to get the smell out of everything. Other than that it was a good stay.

Reservations were easy. Check in was fast and simple. Staff had smiles and friendly . Check out was rapid and hassle free.

Nice place, pretty good location. Could have been a little closer to casino but worth the drive.

Just an OK place to stay

Staff was nice and the place was quite. The pool area was so hot you could not use it. Beds were hard and I think they were two double beds and not queens like advertised.

clean room, smelly pool.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. We had a king suite where the king bed was seperste from the living area and the room got really cold and the other area really hot so it wouldn't all stay the same temp with the thermostat. The only thing that bugged me was the pool area. The sprinklers on the ceiling were rusted away as well as other things in there. The pool and hot tub smelled liked rotten milk or some type of gas and wasn't very clean.
