It works, but needs work.

Hotel used to be reasonably nice and clean but it is now showing its wear. The carpet in our room was heavily stained and had a gritty residue. The beds were found to be fairly comfortable while the desk chair was a low rider. Hair on the toilet, and grime on the floor. Not sure how thoroughly this room had been cleaned. Paint chipping off the rim of the pool and noticable dirt at the pool bottom. The water in the hottub was hot enough to boil eggs. Breakfast was spartan as expected for this hotel chain. I think it's time to rennovate.

Great location

We loved the location, breakfast, and hotel staff. Everyone was kind and accommodating. The pool area lacked a lot and our room smelled like smoke :( We were able to take a train into the city from Brockton, which was very nice n

Awesome staff!!!!!!!!

Pros: The hotel was great right off the interstate and there were plenty of restaurants and even walmart nearby (there is a mini fridge and a microwave)!
Cons: A lock on the washer or dryer so you don't have to pay $1.25 every time someone other than you opens the dryer to see if something is in it!
Location: Location was great! We only had time to do one thing which was go to the Indiana Dunes State Park (which was AMAZING)!!!!!!!!!
We had a great stay here! We only stayed for a couple of days as we traveled across the county! We had no problems at all at this hotel and the staff was beyond helpful!!!!! Breakfast was fantastic as well!!!!!!!!!!! It was very quiet at our hotel which was great because we were exhausted after a full day of driving!

No parking!!!!!!

No parking! Arrived at the hotel at 2am with the kids and the were no parking spots available. Spoke to the Front Desk Clerk and was told to "drive to another hotel and park in their lot and walk back." Asked to just refund my reservation so we could stay at a safer hotel but she said "I don't have the ability to refund your money" Poor customer service.

Good experience.

My second stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast and other items are excellent. I appreciate the good size one bedroom suite. I will stay again for sure.
