Great service

From check in to check our you have a excellent staff . Our room was very clean . The only down side is we were in a room very close to the highway . It is very loud and at times the window wiuld shake from the large trucks going by. You need to put in not sound proffing . We would stay again if We could get a room on the other side . Heather who checked us in was very professional and told us about the new brewery across the street and made sure to tell us to show are room key for a 15% discount.

Nice room after switching

When we arrived, check-in was speedy and the receptionist was friendly. But once we got out of the elevator (our room was on the 2nd floor), our Queen room was less than a step from the elevator doors. Honestly the closest setup I've ever seen. So we asked to be switched to another room, but were told this would be the case for ALL QUEEN ROOMS. So we ended up having to pay extra for a King. Not a huge deal, but just would have been nice to know beforehand. Otherwise a very nice hotel with a pretty nice breakfast selection.

Nice hotel & close to highways

Loved everything except for a few things. During check in, I wanted to pay in cash but was told I had to charge it to my card until check out. Then I can pay in cash but there will be a hold on my card for 2 days of $150. For the price I paid, they could've provided shampoo & conditioner for 2 people not just 1 person. And the breakfast was ok. Seemed like everyone wanted the pork sausages but they couldn't seem to make enough at once so u had to wait for awhile just for that.

Smelly room

Pros: Close to where I was working for the day. Desk clerks were cheerful and efficient.
Even after turning up the A/C fan, the room never smelled fresh. Perhaps the carpet needs to be cleaned! Breakfast seemed to give me diarrhea.

With the shift in weather and our location being on some soft ground, we do deal with some general moisture issues, but I assure you we are constantly working hard to battle that. As for the breakfast, we provide only Marriott approved selections for our guests and order the items through an approved vendor. I can assure you that all of the items on our buffet are safe. We hope this experience will not affect your decision to stay with us in the future. We would love the opportunity to provide a clean, comfortable, problem-free stay for you! Clean and comfortable!

The room was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. The hotel was easy to find and to get to. The price was very reasonable. The beds are the softest hotel beds I have ever slept in! If you don't like hard hotel beds, I recommend this hotel! The pool was stocked with clean towels and very clean! The kids had a great time swimming there.
