This hotel was super clean and perfect. Employees were really nice especially the lady that took care of the breakfast area. We will definitely be back if we stay that way again. Thank you for making us feel at home.

The carpet looked soiled, the toilet bowl was stained, rust around the sink drain, and tub drain. Creamer for the coffee was curled. I will not stay in another Ramada again.

Clearly, the hotel hasn't been updated in a while. The room was clean, though, and didn't smell weird or have gross carpet, like some other budget hotels I've stayed in. Not a great neighborhood, though.

The property was close to many eatery's and some shopping. The room was clean, but smelled of cigarette smoke although it was non smoking. The furnishings in lobby a little outdated. The bathroom door was splittered on the backside. The staff was friendly.

This is an older hotel but it is in pretty good condition. Staff was very friendly. Rooms are dated but comfortable and very large.

It was ok they were not very friendly they only had one ice machine breakfast sucked and a few complained because there was bed bugs in there rooms

Pest Control issue is not taken lightly but with extreme seriousness and grave concern. After a complete inspection there were no signs of activity. Ice machines are located on 1st and 2nd floor. Both were working during your stay. We are sorry you didn't enjoy your stay.

Rooms could use some updating. I got the one bedroom suite and it looked as if they just opened a connecting room. The hotel and rooms are supposed to be smoke free but smelled of cigarettes. There was an old plug in but this did nothing for the room. For a one night stay it did the job but I probably won’t stay again.

Just average. Had 2 negative interactions with 2 different front desk employees. The first was @ check in. Bad first impression. The second due to unforeseen circumstances I needed to extend my stay. Front desk was inattentive and rude. Location is not the best. Area businesses are spread out. Not walker friendly. Cleaning staff is very attentive and friendly.Transportation can get expensive. Too expensive. Rates do not match the service.

Nice hotel
Enjoyed our stay. The hotel is nice and clean. Breakfast ok. No elevator though but they have a porter who will take ur thing's up 4u. Toilet has a slow flush. Water gets very hot so be careful. Overall nice

Beds were comfortable, hotel was outdated but clean, stayed on the 1st floor and it was very quiet, staff was friendly and accommodating, breakfast was available in the mornings if you wanted it, pool looked nice even though I didn't swim. No complaints.
