Stopped on our way to Chicago. Great location about 30 minutes into the city!

Cleaning not up to par.

The staff was extremely friendly and the room would have been great if it was clean. The floors were dirty, like no one had bothered to vacuum for awhile. In addition, something red had been spilled on the carpet and it was just left there, still wet. We joked that it was a "crime scene", but not really funny.

Nice hotel but need to be improved

The hotel generally is in good condition but has some minors need to be improved. Kitchen is descent. Cabinets need to be remodeled. Breakfasts were good. There were different kinds of food for breakfast everyday. Hot foods were good. The pool was cold. We could not play for long

Great hotel! ...but

we had a suite its was just like your very own apartment! only problem we had was we was never told that we couldn't bring cash when you first get your room! So have your payment on debit or credit card!!!! Also we just had a baby and was traveling requested infant crib ahead of time got there no crib! but its OK the fold out bed was better! :)

We will accept cash upon departure but we do require a valid credit/debit card at check in for all guests. I'm pleased that the fold out couch was accommodating for you and your family. Trip to see family for Thanksgiving

We had a great time-service was excellent, staff very friendly, manager, Jennifer , was very professional and courteous. Breakfast was well prepared. Overall I would rate R.I. a 10
