Easy to Find

Pros: Close to our planned activity
Location: Close to varied good resturants
We got one of the recently remodeled rooms Nice décor Great Shower only one negative, there was still construction "residue" that didn't get cleaned off the new wall paper.

Omaha stay

Pros: updated room
Cons: hotel staff
Had a recently renovated room. Was fairly nice however, left closet door would not open. At check-out I asked for a receipt and the front desk clerk pointed to a sign that said they were no longer printing them and I would get an email. Additionally, I asked to confirm the room rate for the stay and was told that since it was made with a third party, they could not confirm the rate. Actually, the front desk clerk cold have cared less about me or my stay.

Unfortunately, the front desk staff is correct that we cannot confirm the rate that you paid the third party due to the reservation being booked through that third party. I understand that this may be frustrating, but you can always confirm the rate with Expedia. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the renovated rooms. Location close to family

Pros: The room, the quietness, the breakfast place
Cons: Perhaps include a bookstore
Location: There was a nice shopping center across the street
We came after 12:00 midnight, but reception was ready and friendly

From the hotel staff to the rooms themselves. Top of the line. We both agreed we slept like we never had before. So comfortable and the rooms were sleek. Will definitely recommend to friends & family.

Room was small and furnishing was old. Bathroom was very small. Coffee maker did not work.

Really nice hotel but...

Everyone was super friendly, really beautiful hotel, but I was charged more than was my confirmation text from orbitz said. I didn’t catch it until later, but it was right there in front of me when I looked later. It just so happens that the gentleman checking in right in front of me was charged more, but he caught it and it was fixed. Just make sure you double check what you are actually charged and what you are supposed to. E charged.

The first floor where we stayed last time has NOT been updated!!! Others have so do check. Fabulous bar and great room service.
