Room had an odor and we book for 5 sleeper but got a kung bed n pull out sofa .....attendant was very helpful, quickly found us a cot and the next day housekeeping addressed odor

We had to stay overnight last minute in Rochester due to car problems. We always picked Homewood Suites bc they have exactly what we like. This location did not disappoint. Friendly staff, quiet location, super clean. Our room was on the top floor at the end of the hall. It was lovely not to hear anyone above us or running down the hall. Great visit as always from Homewood.

Shower was older and looked dirty or moldy around the base. I could hear the conversations of the next room in the bathroom! Hated the toilet. Need to leave a toilet brush and cleaner in the water saving toilets. Breakfast was ok. Coffee not really hot and the egg products were awful.

Very clean very well lit up outside at night as well. Easy to fine all the entrances define your way in and out throughout the hotel. Nice parking lot nicely paved with the yellow stripes. You can see perfect for parking between them very happy.

Good overall but had some issues
Overall the property always decent. A few general issues: - We went to check in and they said 5-15 mins, our family was hungry, we said we would go get lunch, thinking we could coke back and our room was ready. When we returned our room was given to someone else and we needed to wait another 20-25 mins for our room. - there were ants in our unit, only a few but still disappointing. - there were two sports teams staying there who were quite loud into the late hours. Our room by the stairs captured all the noise of the youth running up and down.

Be cautious with booking Hilton on Expedia; they will guarantee “a room” but maybe not the room you booked. I paid for two queen beds, but they gave me one king because they sold out of double queens before we arrived.

Nice area and nice staffs. Hotel is cleaned and spacious and standup shower curtain needs to low it down to the floor otherwise water is running outside the shower pan . Airport is nearby and mall and restaurants.
