Ease around San Antonio

Easy to get around San Antonio. Prior guest needed to add audio night for our room-Staybridge comped another room to meet our needs. Breakfast buffet was great.

Great hotel with great staff.

Pros: The location is excellent and the staff are so friendly and helpful.
Location: The hotel is close to fiesta texas and an endless amount of great restaurants and coffee shops.
I stay at this hotel every year and I have never had a problem before. The last night my AC unit started beeping and then it went out. I ended up having to spend the last night in another room while leaving all my stuff in the original room. Kind of frustrating, but it was not the staff's fault. They were very accommodating and helpful. I will be back again for sure.

Not clean

The hotel was in a nice location but as far as keeping the room clean the hotel staff did not vacuum unless you requested it,they did not change bed sheets unless you requested it and we had reserved the room for 7 days, my son threw up one morning so we covered it with some towels thinking the staff would pick up the towels and see the vomit and vacuum it up we came back the towel was in the same place nobody had cleaned it we had to call the manager to come clean it. Also they would leave trash in the room instead of picking it up, they would fix our bed but they would not fix my son's bed which was the couch

Need more improvement and cleaning

Well let me tell you this, first this place is very good area, rooms are separated from each other that I love ❤️. But they don't do room service every day unless u stay 7 day . They only change towels and fix bed .
