Staff friendly and the hotel was clean...not much else to say other than if you can find a better hotel in the area I would be surprised...

Promise but not delivered

When booking we had requested a refrigerator due to me being a insulin-dependent diabetic and I had requested for extra pillows to be in the room since I was having a spinal surgery five days after the fact I needed the extra pillows to make sure my legs were raised. I called the day of check-in and spoke to the front desk clerk to a sure that I would have a refrigerator in the room and I was told that absolutely I would. When arriving we were met by an extremely rude front desk clerk and upon getting into our room none of I request had been filled. There was no refrigerator no microwave and no extra pillows. When I call down to the front desk to ask about this she told me that they were out of refrigerators and there was nothing she could do about it. The nice gentleman who runs the shuttle to the casino I'm back had heard about our disappointment and around 11 o'clock midnight he ended up pulling a refrigerator out of the room that was out of service and bringing it to us and bringing me 4 extra pillows two of which did not have pillowcases on them. Upon laying down for the night the bed was extremely hard. In the description of the hotel it does say that they have a pillow top mattress in each room and that was one of the reasons why we booked there because I needed the extra comfort due to my back issues. There is no pillow top mattress in the room it is a plush mattress but not a pillow top. In the morning the breakfast was really good.

overpriced for what we got

This hotel was fine. Not great, just ok. The location worked for us, because we were in the middle of nowhere without a lot of options, but the room wasn't a true suite (sitting area wasn't separate) so I couldn't work while my child slept as I've been able to do in other Hiltons. The moldy bathroom was also a problem. The elevator was hot and slow, with a constant sound of gurgling water. Super creepy. We spent $200 on a standard, not very clean, room. It definitely wasn't worth paying that kind of premium for.

Very nice check in process. They have a daily sheet to let you know whats happening, lemon water and fresh cookies. Always a nice touch. The rooms were clean, roomy and comfortable. Pretty standard. Bathroom was clean and showers were strong. The breakfast buffet was a little weak, but the coffee was fresh and the paper was free
