"Since I was in Lincoln to do research at the Lincolnshire Records office, this was a perfect location. I only wish that I had asked for a room with a few of the river instead of the parking lot. The hotel was still close enough to the hill with the castle and cathedral to walk and sightsee."

"Great location with it being so close to the A1. Free parking, great value and bed very comfy means I’ll definitely be returning. Showing its age in some of the decor but it would only put off the fussiest of guests. "

"Lots of parking close to reception. Check in was efficient. The bedroom was large, clean and well equipped, with two double beds. The bathroom had plenty of room too. Access to the leisure centre was included. Large pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. All were a decent size. Lots of choice for breakfast with helpful staff. All in all, a very enjoyable stay. "
