Disappointing---reality doesn't match the image

Cons: Add back a basic continental breakfast similar to what you'd find at other budget hotels or motels. Put some basic amenities back in the rooms!!
Location: Location isn't convenient to the freeway, and nothing in the immediate vicinity. Better places ON I-95 at same price would be better choices.
Ask at front desk for a flimsy disposable drinking glasses? 'Grab and Go' breakfast (coffee and oat bars) as opposed to a true continental breakfast as advertised on the Expedia website? Your two companies need to reconcile this! The room also smelled of old paint and varnish, not a freshly painted smell!! This hotel doesn't come close to my experiences with other Extended Stay America facilities! It is simply an old hotel that sandwiched in a dated-looking small kitchen. Anything you need must be requested from the front desk, no maid service, and a hotel staff that promises to call you about lost and found item but never calls back (despite promising twice that they would). They are very quick to blame any disappointments on Expedia for setting the wrong expectations about their crappy place. All this adds up to a joint that simply dispensed with the basic amenities associated with a budget hotel and fattened their margins, while delivering a smelly old room.

loud there guests in other rooms.. seemed that they had a lot of younger people staying there and at times were out of control.

Close to everything

Pros: Very convenient for where I was going
Cons: Breakfast on Sunday before check out
Location: Easy to get to . Near Xfinity center, shopping and Gillette Stadium
Stayed while visiting family, just a few miles away. It was nice not having to drive to far.

Good choice

Stayed overnight for Pats game. No complaints. Room was a smoking room but the smell wasn't too bad.

Put me in a smoking room because they had over booked the non smoking rooms ! And it was filthy!! The sink plug was missing!!! Just a bad experience!!!!

Old and in disrepair

A non smoking room??? There were multiple cigarette burn holes in the coverlet on the bed. The desk chair was stained and dirty. The bathroom sink didn't drain well. The refrigerator leaked water onto the floor. (Maintenance was prompt to clean up floor, said, "this happens all the time", no attempt to repair , call me if it leaks again attitude, I'm only here until 9). We could not get a refund or we would have left the first night. Photos below.
