"very central hotel "

"In house restaurant food was fantastic! Staff very nice. Polite and helpful. Quiet rooms despite big tourist groups staying at the hotel. Perfect location right in the city centre. No free disabled parking bays however there were two disabled bays in front of the hotel but these are not bookable. There is a NCP car park beneath the hotel which costs £50.00 for the weekend. We requested a room with twin beds and was given an ‘accessible’ room to accommodate wheelchair users which didn’t apply in our case. The downside to this was the bathroom sink was very low done as was the loo and loo roll holder. Would highly recommend. Not cheap but worth it. "

"From the time we arrived until we left it was perfect. Service was amazing & I would recommend having the breakfast. The food was good quality & plenty of choice. Wouldn’t hesitate to return , location is fantastic with the option of visiting the harbour or the city centre "

"Overall is a very best hotel but the receptionists might need to work more professional and faster. Spent more than 40 mins in the queue to check out. Yet, the rest of stay were very good with polite staffs from restaurant and good cleaner with well manner. Despite the reception, this hotel is still highly recommended. "
