The breakfast is amazing. The pool was nice and warm and clean. Rooms were clean. Great hotel!

Our room was very spacious, and the beds were so very comfortable! Best night's sleep away from home! And the pool was great too! Nice pool room and very clean pool.

Never again at Best Western

Fire alarm went off outside our door at midnight and for over 2 hours. Then they had to empty the fire sprinkler system, meanin hydraulic pumps going loudly until after 3 am. Front Desk Employees were most apologetic and said they would contact owner and manager and issue refunds for those of us who could not sleep as a result. Then softball players in the hallway woke us up at 7 am with loud noise in the hallways. Morning shift said they knew nothing about it, manager was unavailable and she has yet to return our calls or emails. Just awful!

Fire alarms going off in the night are never pleasant and are always unplanned and unexpected. Fortunately there was no fire and when verifying the cause was not critical but mechanical it took longer to shut off because it was computer generated due to an internal part issue. Alarms can be annoying but when they do their job that's always a good thing. We do not refund for things out of our control or acts of God and I apologize as I am seriously unaware of anyone that I or the first shift Manager did not speak to because we truly care and plan that everyone has as great a stay as possible within our control. We hope you give us another opportunity and stay with us again so we can Make It Right!

Experience was good. The shower temperature in our room (114) was opposite on the handle, (Cold was warm and warm was cold) which took a little bit to figure out. There was also a few hairs on the shower head which was a little gross. But front desk workers were extremely polite and welcoming.
