Nice hotel close to town

Our stay was nice and close to town and family . Good location , had some noisy neighbors the first night but the rest of the stay was quiet.

There was a party in the parking lot and desk clerk said "I go and ask them to settle down at 11:00". There should not have been a party in the lot. 9:00 is latest it should have went on. There was no consideration to other guests.

Cons: Overall cleanliness
I understand it's called the "Econo" lodge but the the minute we walked in there was a musty smell to the room. The bathroom was nasty. The shower floor was dirty, black mold in the cracks, the sink was dirty looking, NO WI-FI AS ADVERTISED!! And no coffee pot. Thankfully, we didn't have to spend much time there.

Disappointed !

Housekeeping was the worse! No vacuuming, no cleaning of toilet bowl, no wing down the vanity or cleaning the sink. Didn't leave clean plastic cups or extra toilet paper. I booked it cause it had three stars, the rooms were listed as all having refrigerators and microwaves. The microwaves were not available for all rooms. First come first serve. Bed uncomfortable. Floor right in front of the sink was sunken. I was afraid it was going to collapse. 3 stars was a stretch for this place

As far as the rest, the property has new owners and they are diligently working on upgrading the property and putting new appliances in every room.
