I checked in and 5 minutes later I checked out and decided to go somewhere else. Dark large stains on the comforter.

Started with desk help and people waiting to check in in a foul mouthed shouting match. Next was a room with a dirty bathroom, the bed was ‘short sheeted’ and the phone did not work. At about 1:00 am the dog next door started barking for about 1 hour - there was no one in the room to stop him. My husband tried calling the desk about it but the room phone did not work. He then went down to the desk to tell them about the dog and they said ‘oh he always does that when the owners leave him’. Then we went down in the morning to get our continental breakfast that was included in our reservation - there was no breakfast. At that point we decided not to stay for the second night which we had already paid for. I am working on my refund as we speak. Never again!!

When I got to the hotel they stated that all the rooms were booked and they did not have my reservation in though I already paid for the room. They stated it as Expedia fault. Then when they did give me a room it was a room already given to someone else who was sleeping in bed when I went into this room. I had to be given another room. The entire facility stunk of cigerttes. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I could not stay there any more than 2 nights. I checked out and Expedia charged for 4 nights. I would like a reimbursement for the 2 nights I did not stay.

Only hotel with a "kitchen" - sort of

Pros: Price is good. Staff very nice.
Cons: Gym, supplies for kitchen.
Kitchen is only really a 2 burner hotplate, tiny sink. No supplies for cooking unless you ask. No dish soap, etc. Beds comfortable, shower and tv good. Minimal breakfast, minimal gym. Fairly convenient location with some good simple restaurants near by.

Price vs quality

Choose a different hotel. This is basic & low budget not worth the price paid . For a shower that doesn’t work, dirty tub & messed up bed.

A Night in Norwalk

The room was clean, the staff was terrific BUT there were no amenities in the room except for the soap and shampoo. The staff brought whatever you requested but overall the room could be updated, spruced up a bit.

they don't have the type of room I booked. it happened to other customers too. the online data wasn't update on time. staffs felt frustrated, so they don't have energy to deliver good customer service.

Comfortable, clean hotel with kitcen.

Comfortable bed, very clean, full fridge, ask at desk for toaster, pots, dishes, etc. TV even has some movie channels.

I was in town on business for 2 days - the hotel was fine for just business purposes. I di not look for any amenities at the hotel - my stay was limited . The hotel was centrally located for where I needed to be.
