I had a very nice experience at this motel. The staff was very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. I recommend red carpet inn to anyone staying in this area, the location is great.

OK Overnight

Posted Nov 26, 2017
Cons: Maintenance of plumbing seems to have been by amateurs.
An overworn facility that is clean and convenient to Norwalk and Westport at a reasonable price.

Pros: Close to where I need to go
Cons: cleaning and replace beaten up furniture
Spent one night at the motel. Room not adequately cleaned or maintained, has a smell not pleasant, over-priced

Sufficient to our needs

Posted Oct 26, 2017
Pros: Location, great hot water pressure for showers, comfortable bed
Cons: Stairwell lighting, great to have sub port charging device but it didn't work
Location: Dunking Donuts and CVS within a block
This hotel was close to our route and much more affordable than most of the hotels in the region.

Good Motel, give it a try at least....

Posted Sep 11, 2017
I have read some of this Motel's reviews and honestly some of them is bad, but we have had a whole different experience. Since we stay in Florida and was stuck in Connecticut thanks to hurricane IRMA,most of the hotels was booked due to this and this Motel has been our "home" for a couple af days, we (me, my two little kids and husband) did not know what the hurricane was going to do and had only booked one or two nights at a time, we ended up here for a week now and the motel staff didnt have any problem with us booking another day. The rooms was cleaned everyday and somedays I didnt want our room to be cleaned and when the cleaning lady saw me she asked me if she could clean the next day, they are polite and nice people. Breakfast isnt that great, but you know, at least they are offering something. Yes the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbours and people staying on the second floor, but be greatful that you have a roof and thin walls to protect you from the cold or whatever is outside. I would say give this motel a chance, its not a New York type of hotel but for the price it is worth it.

A Practical but bare bones solution for a night's

Posted Sep 4, 2017 on Hotels
the motel was less than ordinary, kind of run-down and bare essentials. Bed was comfortable, check-in went efficiently. Hard to get directions. Clerk barely spoke english and didn't know the area at all.
