Staff is friendly. No smoking room smelt like an ashtray. Elevator is slow and sounds like it's ready to crash. However the price was low and close to my destination.

had to switch rooms 3 times the couch pull out on 2 rooms were broke. The 3rd room hair dryer didn't work had peeling paint above our heads in out bed. Staff did try to help but each room got worse. I would like some type of refund for an inconvience we were in town for Thanksgiving and this didn't make it my stay a wonderful as it should be. Breakfast was a complete let down and was only available til 9:00am. I will look for other lodging next time we visit. Which we stay about 3 times a year.

the hotel is in a good location, the halls ways and lobby need a refurbishment.

Clean room and friendly staff. Easy to find. Right off route 13 in the middle town.

Okay hotel but hot water issue

Stayed here a few nights. No hot water during the first morning stay; reported it to the front desk. They said it was a fluke that it will be remedied. The 2nd morning resulted in the same issue - no hot water! Not good.
