Bed bugs

We rented 2 rooms and one of the rooms had bed bugs. Found 2 large ones on under the sheets in the morning.

Shuttle to casino so convenient

Cons: Bathroom hook behind door was missing
Location: Casino for show
Couldn’t ask for a better stay. Staff was great, breakfast was delicious and hotel immaculate. Used shuttle to get to casino for show. Perfect

Very nice rooms, convenient location, helpful staff.. Near Mohegan Sun and nice shuttle to and from... Will definitely stay there again...

Great stay , close to casino and highway. Staff wonderful and room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great . I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

My husband and I were very happy with our stay and will return again. This is our second time staying at this hotel and we love it.

The hotel was excellent the staff was super. We enjoyed our breakfast. The convenience of the hotel to the highway was very helpful. We would recommend this hotel to anyone .

Nice hotel, but cleaning staff ruined the stay

Had it not been for the cleaning staff waking my wife and I up at 6am everyday, I would have given this hotel a strong recommendation. However, it seemed that when the cleaning staff began their shift, it sounded like a party outside of our room. Their talking/ yelling did not relent for 2-3 hours.

Thank you for your feedback. Our housekeeping staff doesn't start their day until 9a, so we will check the cameras in the hall to see where the noise in the hall was coming from.

must sign up for shuttle!

didn't receive information about shuttle upon check- in.... almost missed our concert as a result. Other than that, our stay was perfect! Clean, comfortable, restaurants near by.... would highly recommend.

Stranded at Mohegan, tub did not drain, tv was out

Pros: Clean, nice interior, good location to Mohegan Sun
Cons: Get rid of shuttle service if you cannot provide the service to get people back to the hotel.
The biggest issue was being stranded at the casino due to the shuttle that just stopped running after being assured we would not be left stranded. It took us 4 hours and an expensive Uber ride to get back that night. The tub would not drain properly and needed to stuff a wash cloth in between drain and tub to allow water to flow but a much needed hot shower after being stranded in the cold. And of course when we just needed to relax after an eventful night, the cable was not working. I will say that the staff did their best with no manager on all weekend long but they are not given much authority to solve situations. It was clean and a good location but I guess my suggestion would be to drive yourself.
