Good Stay In Nosara
Arturo was highly responsive and very helpful throughout our stay. Check-in process was excellent. The property was as advertised but needs a bit of maintenance (burned out light replacements etc). Furniture and appliances could have used a deep clean or, in some cases, replacement. Location is in the hills not far from the beaches and supermarkets - 10 to 15 minute drives. Good place for a family and children. As it’s in the countryside be prepared for some insects/bugs to make it in the property. Great place for seeing sloths, monkeys, birds, lizards, butterflies etc.

Wonderful House to Rent
The house is wonderful, the owners are super responsive and helpful and the location is great for an "out of town" location. It's a super quick drive to everything you need and being a little out of town makes it so peaceful and quiet. The backyard is so lovely to sit, swim or watch the monkeys run through the trees. The Wifi wasn't great, but we were able to go to any restaurant or hotel and connect. It was kind of nice, truth be told, to not be able to connect to the outside world. It lends itself to total relaxation. The owners were so nice, responsive to our questions and requests and left us the most wonderful array of food and fruit upon our arrival. I highly recommend staying at this house!!! Oh, and the shower in the master bedroom is awesome!

best place by far...
This house has a great location, there are 3 beaches around, all services as bank, gas station, convenience stores are around the corner!. The house is amazing, it seems like the owner took care of all the details, fully equipped all I needed was in there, small range, fridge, refrigerator, confortable beds... etc. The swimming pool was great! the terraza furniture and night lighting just amazing!. It was great to have a nice breakfast outside the house. One thing I found great was the fact that it is a nice quiet location, there were some times during the stay that all I wanted was to keep in there. just love it! thanks for sharing the opportunity to be in a brand new house!

Definitely coming back!!!!
We we're lucky to be one of the first renters of this newly built house. What a fabulous home! You can tell that the owners thought of every detail when creating what is probably one of the most modern and comfortable homes in Nosara. Loved the master bathroom! The open shower is beautifully designed!!!! I loved the separate space, with security door, to the rooms; it makes the rooms very quiet, and ideal to have a nap even if there is people outside in the leaving area. The house has several security details that make it easy to close but very secure. It has a fully modern and well-appointed kitchen, fine tile, very good lighting and airflow, the temperature was very comfortable and cool all the time even without the AC. The open space floor that continues itself with the pool area and the garden give you the sensation of been in touch with nature all the time even though you are inside. The trade-off that you have to consider for this property is it is a beautiful home is location. It will take you about 5 to 10 minutes to ride to the best beaches, either by tuk-tuk o by car. If you are content to hang out and enjoy the peace and serenity on the quiet side of Nosara in understated luxury then this place is for you. If you want to be in the middle of the action, noise and have everything outside your door then you may have to look for something else.
