“Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast. But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not???? Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one……

“This property is a great little option for a summer visit to Quebec City. The location was great and the free parking (though not on-site) was greatly appreciated. The lot was a quick 5-6 minute walk away. That being said, street parking was readily available and the one hour signs seemed meaningless as we saw cars parked overnight on the street. The apartment itself was well stocked, with water in the fridge, lots of cutlery and kitchen supplies. The laundry was great and well stocked as……

“Nice modern apartment that looked just like the pictures. The place was very clean. All the major appliances were available. The bed was comfortable. The rain shower had strong pressure and was relaxing after a walk in the city. Very easy to get in and out of the building with the code that was provided. Easily walk to many good restaurants within minutes, including Le 101 which was simply amazing. The only issue was finding the parking garage, which is next door and the very narrow……

“We had a wonderful time in QC! The location of the property was fantastic. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. We loved that it was across the street from the marina, which has a fun bar to watch the sunset. Great prices on drinks, too! The only “wish list” was that the lofts had a balcony, since we like to sit outside. If you choose to stay there, don’t panic when you get to the location and there isn’t a sign. The keypad worked with the code and all was well. It was just a little nerve……
