Hotel deal for London shopping

Staff very helpful. Great location, Hyde Park entrance just a few metres away. Good Bus service to Oxford Street.

Short stay

Good for a short stay. Appears recently modernised. Near to Hyde park, 2 tube station on doorstep, nearby queensway has ample shops and restaurants. 25 minute walk to marble arch or 10 minutes on tube.

Older hotel in a good area

The hotel needs some updating. Old carpet and tired furniture made the hotel feel rundown. The staff is great and made us feel welcome.

Hotel was nice, very clean and well located. Unfortunately we had a basement room with no windows, the tube rumbling through and then a very squeaky bed. Staff were very obliging in fixing the bed and held another room for us in case we weren't happy

Would I stay here again? Certainly!

The location was perfect, directly across the street from Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park and convenient to both the Queensway and Bayswater Underground stations. The room was clean and nice. Only two shortcomings: the wifi was spotty, and the trade off for a lovely view of the park was a lot of street noise from very busy Bayswater Road.

Weekend away without the kids!

Great experience, staff were all very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was great as was the restaurant where we had lunch before leaving. Room was nice and clean and had all that we needed. Only criticism was that as the room was at the front of the hotel there was some traffic noise, but not a huge issue.

Convenient location

Easy access to the tube stations. Staff were all extremely courteous and helpful. Hyde Park was a great place to take a walk in the evening.
