Prime location to city centre

Warm welcome on arrival, everything exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was excellent. Had a lovely restful weekend.

Nice hotel centrally located

Pros: Nice room.
Cons: Staff on check-in desk in the evening could have been a bit more friendly with some additional support. There was a bit of a queue.
Location: Soulville was recommended for steak....but it was not very good.
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel for a night and would recommend it. Although staff not the friendliest or most knowledgeable I've encountered, everything else was very good. Parking a bit of a hassle to get to as there is no signposting as to its location and entry to it was a bit of a pain as I'd rung the intercom for ages with no response. Luckily someone came out after a while. Small niggle which might just have been a one-off situation. Room was nice with a great shower.

City Centre Hotel

Pros: Location
Cons: It was good for a one night stop over, difficult to find fault, but somehow it lacked atmosphere, stark and sterile.
Location: Easy walking to Market Square, few minutes walk to Nottingham castle
Just 5 minutes from the Market Square, very easy to find and easy,safe parking if you pre book your space, and at 15 pound a night a good rate too.

Pros: LOCATION
Cons: bathroom needs an upgrade
Location: very central
The room was small and pokey , noisy at night due to the fact that a television was blaring in an adjoining room at 3 in the morning . I had over a 24 hr period to ask for soap 3 times The bathroom could have done with an up grade and the bath water was noisy . The bed was comfortable ,tv excellent and the breakfast was v good .

Convenient location that was ideal whilst attending a meeting. Room was comfortable, and the staff were attentive. No problems during my stay.

Nice friendly hotel in an excellent location.

Although our first night started out unusual with us being evacuated due to a fire, after a few hours we were placed into a nearby hotel .the co-operation to start with was minimal as we were not inside the hotel at the time of evacuation so we were at abit of a loss as to what to do but after a few hours we were relocated. We rang the hotel the following day to see if the hotel had opened and we were told it was open and we could return. Everything was explained to us immediately and we were allowed back into our room. Overall we were treated very well and would definitely return.

Good for a couple

Good points: - close to all the bars and decent food places (10) minutes walk maximum. - bed was super comfy - reception staff friendly and nice - close to cinema Bad points: - parking is appalling, for such a big hotel only having 28 spaces is ridiculous enough, let alone it being £15 per night, even though your already paid nearly £200 for 2 nights. - found a used condom in our bin.... - didn’t change pillow cases - fire alarm went off without explanation why

Perfect for the city centre

A great little hotel. I always use this hotel for its ease of parking, not on site but a five minute walk. It is also perfect for the city centre and most importantly its location to the home of the Panthers ice hockey.

Hotel near the Centre

I have stayed in this hotel every week for the last 2 years during the week, and the quality and the experience was fantastic, but this Saturday I stayed there and I was very disappointed, TV was not working and it was to hot air conditioning was working properly. And the the staff were polite but not much help .
