CONS: The shower room is tiny with restricted headroom; The accommodation is on the 2nd floor up narrow stairs; It is not well served by public transport; You MUST be home by Midnight; You need to like dogs, as Mischa is very friendly. PROS: If you are happy with all of the above then it is a great ...
Lovely Hotel well located our room was a family room beside the lift and front road side so was a little noisy with traffic and room could be updated but staff and facilities were great, I have stayed here 4 times now.
Excellent service. Right from when I had to call for directions to find the place. The jubilee campus is Modern and picturesque. The hotel was of a very good standard but obviously designed with the business visitor in mind. They do not allow children to stay!
We only rated cleanliness as 3 because although on arrival the room was spotless, during our two night stay the room was tendered too e.g. Bed not remade, tidied etc. Not the end of the world but it's little things that make the stay even better. The hotel and facilities were great though, lovely ...
me and my partner stayed here for 1 night and I can honestly say I was very pleased, I would definitely stay here again but for more than 1night next time, I have a really bad back and wake most mornings in pain but the bed was amazing, really good value for money.
We stayed in Castle Marina branch, Nottingham. Really nice room, double room with 2 double beds, clean , beds were comfy. Only problem was 1 lamp was not working neither was AC. Overnight we didn't need only realised in the morning! When we were abt to leave. I'm sure they would have sorted if i ...
It's well signposted and in a beautiful location. We've stayed there three times now and will be going back. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable and my husband loves walking around the grounds.
We only stayed there one night but we enjoyed our stay staff very helpful room very clean lovely comfy bed and giid breakfast would stay there again and recommend it to our friends
Nice hotel, just could do with a little updating. Staff were lovely, and very accommodating. Beds were very comfortable, and shower was powerful, although did have spouts of going cool, but not major. Good for the price. Breakfast was ok, but food is over priced, and one of our party had a dodgy ...
With the Bus Stop 100 yards down the road getting to the city centre could not be easier. Nice enough hotel which I would stay at again and recommend to other people.
The Mercure is a Super nice old hotel. Our room was extremely quiet and comfortable. The traditional English breakfast was also very good.
