Super helpful and kind staff, and the facilities were fantastic. I found the hotel was quite noisy throughout the night which disrupted my sleep, but everything else was great.

The room wasnt cleaned properly. The sink is still dirty. We left the used towels in the bath for changing still left there when we get back. No new towels were provided. Tissues were empty the maid dont change it , called reception to ask for a box to be replaced said we will get it sorted for u but never get it sorted. The only thing that is good about the hotel is the location and lovely pool for the kids. The showers at the pool were all broken , some doesnt work some that work doesnt have hot water. All in all its very convenient location

I have heard great reviews about this hotel and had to book it! Was both a clean and modern stay with the friendliest staff. The bar tender names Omar was extremely welcoming and so helpful. He really made the stay worth while and we will definitely be returning. The beds were also so comfy and clean! Thank you

Amazing service from check in lady (Gemma) - she knew we wanted to make the last entry for pool and did the quickest check in ever so we could make it. Room was nice, clean and spacious - only issue was the toilet handle broke during night so we were unable to flush and had to come down to use the reception toilet instead from that point. Pool and steam room etc wonderful after a long drive. Unfortunately, our neighbours were not so great and ruined what was supposed to be a good sleep for a long drive next day. They were super noisy with talking and banging etc. Our room and the hallways also stank as they were smoking weed in the room. Hotel staff acted swiftly but couldn’t remove them or move us when we asked and, although the smoking stopped, the noise didn’t. The person at desk said they could only warn them and if we called them up and it wasn’t noisy when they came up there was nothing they could do - so we just had to get on with it. In morning, check out gentleman said they could have done something if we had let them know again but hey ho - lost in translation/tiredness at 00:45am! They did kindly offer us free drink voucher and comped our parking as a ‘sorry’. Hotel staff super kind, friendly and helpful (special mention to Gemma and James) / hotel and facilities good / clean rooms and areas around hotel / close walking distance to what we wanted / great parking options

Great Hotel - Good Location
Picked this hotel as was easy walking distance to the shops and bars. The hotel was lovely and clean, rooms were nice but very warm and our air con wasnt working the guy did come and fix it but it back in again so the room was a bit too warm for us.

The staff was very kind, the swimming pool was relaxing and I appreciated that it was included in the price, but this should definitely be lower and it should include breakfast as well. I think the price was too high for what was actually the room. The room was quite small and it was really dark, not enough lights to switch on. The view was pretty sad just on other buildings. The furniture was quite old, and the bathroom was really tiny.

Room was Modern and comfortable, with comfy beds, but the aircon/heating was pretty useless. Found the bar staff very slow either to serve at the table or the bar (one chose to stand having a personal conversation with a colleague rather than serve us) pool and spa was great, and the staff there lovely.

Don’t have an allergy, plus too expensive
The public areas of this hotel are lovely, a very high standard. But alas that’s where it ends, once you get to your room you’ll find it extremely small. The bathroom is so small my husband had his knees pressed against the wall when on the toilet and found it difficult to wipe because of the enclosed on three side nature of the toilet. For some reason I didn’t sleep at all well, pillows were uncomfortable but I could put my finger on exactly why. Breakfast was very nice, tasty and a plentiful buffet. It was reassuring that they take food allergies seriously, but having someone follow you through the breakfast buffet writing down everything you’re picking up on a food allergy registration card is somewhat unnerving and demeaning. I really recommend changing this as it’s not a pleasant experience and anyone who has a food allergy will know how to be careful in line with their own needs. All in all the hotel is okay but it’s certainly not cheap and given the size and standard of the room I wouldn’t say it’s worth the cost.
