Booked a standard double room, was given a "modified" disabled room with no choice. Bathroom and Bed not suitable. Low sink, low bed, not a proper shower. There was also no hot water in this room, when we queried this, we were told that the lukewarm water in this room is all that is available for health and safety reasons.
Disappointing that the hotel did not consult before they accept your money and assign a room that no-one else wants and is not fit for purpose. Save your money and stay at a cheaper Premier Inn.

I was sorry to read of your disappointment, on investigating I believe that you spoke with the Duty Managers at the hotel who resolved your issue with both a room move and a refund
