They do not honor the cancellation policy and will attempt to charge you!!! Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!

You have booked the apartment on Expedia where you filled in all the details important to us and reserved the apartment with certain terms and condition which are clearly stated in the listing. Unfortunately all the changes to the reservation as the guest name, update of credit card, modification or cancellation of your reservation needs to be done throughout your account on Expedia by you only and not by us. If you do have any trouble with the access you can always contact Expedia, we advise you to contact them next time if you will need assistance with your reservation. Just a few minutes to town centre.

Pros: This Apartment had everything.... washing machine, dishwasher etc
Cons: Lots; New furniture, Beds, settee, etc,TV didn't work, Things need updated. especially if there are BED BUGS. DISGUSTED
Location: Lots to see and do near the apartment, Charles bridge, Prague Castle, Gardens, shopping, Astronomical clock... what a lovely City.
The Apartment not far from the town centre, They provide you with a map of the city which is great, staff where helpful until a point... Prague is a wonderful experience and to see Charles Bridge light up at night was stunning. Our stay in the Apartment was ok until we realised we were eaten by BED BUGS... We woke after the first night with one or two bites thinking nothing of it, but to wake the second day and we all had bits was too much. We are so glad we only stayed for 2 nights would hate to think what mess we would be in if we stayed any longer. We should have realised something was up when we found bug spray in the kitchen... It put a cloud over the rest of our holiday as I than had to go to the laundrette and wash all our clothes... some holiday for me.... Very disappointed and disgusted.

Dear Marie. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are very disappointed too see your comments regarding the bed bugs. We care about our guest's comfort and checked the apartment carefully based on your review that you posted 10 days after your stay. There were no bed bugs in the apartment what so ever and neither of our guests complained about such issue before or after your stay. The apartment is constantly occuppied and cleaned regularly. We wonder why you did not contact us rightaway when you had some problems in the apartment. We are available and willing to help our guests daily. We took pictures as a proof that there is nothing wrong with the beds. If you do have such pictures or outcome of the medical check up you mentioned please feel free to forward those to us so we can take further steps accordingly. There is a bug spray kept in the apartment as during the summer time there could be mosquitoes especially if our guests keep their windows open with the lights turned on. There is an ivy plant on the building as well which could attract them. However no signs or reason for bed bugs. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have anything that would further support your idea so we can secure maximum comfort for our future guests. Not a bad location but photos are not realtistic

Pros: I didnt
Cons: A freshen up of the paintwork - pillow cases and duvet covers for the extra bedding only 2 pillows had covers and 1 towel each for a 6 day (5 night)
Location: not too far fro Wenceslas Square but above a curry restaurant so constant smell of curry !
The photos are not a true reflection its quite drab and old there were tiles missing from the bathroom which could easily have been fixed before our arrival the shower is hand held ! 1 towel each for 6 days was not good !

We do offer a turn down if our guests stay at least 5 days to change linen and towels for free however we regret you missed this information and did not contact us for more information as a person who checked you in should mention this service to you. In relation to photos we try to keep our apartments the same way as they are in the listing so guests know exactly how is the apartment in real. We are sorry about the missing linen and that it did not meet your expectations. Cool room, 6 floors no elevator, broke wash/dryer

The apartment was kind of cool for its structure and ambiance but there were a few things thing that were really disappointing. First, there was no indication that the room was 6 flights up with no elevator, when we got there he said it was like 4 .... nope 6. So that was really a challenge but its Europe so I get it but it should have been clearer. 2nd, we specifically selected because of the washer and dryer in the room which I emailed them and they confirmed but then we got there and it was out of order. The person who met said they would arrange one in another apartment but never followed up. Additionally, a couple of the bed sheets were not clean and oh, the apartment sleeps up to twelve but guess what ...ONE BATHROOM, seriously? I will say the kitchen had good set up but we never used.

Exceeded all Expectations

This apartment exceeded all expectations gained from description and photos. It had everything needed for long term stay, kitchen utensils, stove, frig, microwave. And two separate bedrooms with plenty of beds and nice, heavy comforters. Double windows on street side dampened the sound of trams, which passed till midnight.

Comfortable, Good value, Great location

Good and spacious apartment, great location close to most attractions in the city, clean, good amenities. Awkward layout, bit noisy during the day from the Indian restaurant downstairs and a little scent of Indian cuisine. Good overall.

Liked the apartment setting for our family together. Having a furnished kitchen and great suggestions from Sam where to buy groceries was very helpful. Sam also gave us good suggestions for restaurants to try. Very good food and prices.
