Very nice, close to City Center
Very good compering to the price and location. Staff also very good. Room was clean and daily service also OK. 5 walk to metro station and 20 min walk to city center. WIFi OK.

After checking in, it turned out that there is no place in the underground garage for my car for which I had to pay the normal price as if it was parked underground. I was forced to park the car on the street (the fender was torn off - no liability for damage). Before leaving, I booked a 4-person room (2 adults + 2 children). Upon entering the room, I saw three single beds (two pushed together and one separate). The temperature in the room was over 25 degrees and the air conditioning could not cool down below 24 degrees. My children were tired of the elevated temperature. In the evening I wanted to turn on the TV but the antenna was damaged. I reported the fault at the reception but no one repaired the TV for 2 days. In the morning I wanted to take a shower but there was no hot water or no water at all. The next morning the same. Hot water was available in the afternoon and evening. Broken toilet button. Broken shower head. Damaged hair dryer, buttons glued with duct tape! I felt like a refugee from Ukraine for whom a hostel was prepared. The hotel was supposed to be three-star but it deserves a maximum of one star as for the capitals of the Czech Republic. I am disgusted with my stay. Will never go back to him! I won't recommend it to anyone! I demand a refund of the cost of my stay, because the price I paid is not adequate to the conditions that were offered to me on your website. Please consider my complaint, it's a shame to live in such conditions in the center of the cap

Dear Patrycja, thank you for taking the time to write a review after your visit at the Hotel Superior Prague.We are truly sorry that we let you down and did not live up to your expectations.We value your feedback as it helps us in enhancing and developing the service we provide to our guests.To adress your problem with parking, you unfortunately did not make reservation for parking and our parking garage has been fully booked by the time of your arrival, so our receptionist offered you parking in front of our sister hotel which is the same price as our garage, but almost half the price (500CZK) as regular public street parking, which is 40CZK per hour (960CZK per 24h).Your reservation has been made for triple room, which means that there are in total three beds and it has been prepared for you in your wished configuration- one as one big bed and second one separated bed. With the television and hair dryer you are completely right and I am really sorry that we were not able to change that during your stay. Both has been broken and it has been already replaced for a new ones. The AC, has been working fine, in our records.Yours Sincerely,Tomas Basar.FOM

Room is spacous and clean. Staff is courteous and helpful. Breakfast is adequate and good. We enjoyed our stay, will definitely stay again in next visit and recommend to our friends. The only draw Back is elevator can accommodate four people and weight capacity is 320k in total.

Clean and central
Easy walk to main train station and into city centre, approx 20mins walk. Also next to a metro stop where you can get tram 22 up to the castle. Supermarket about 3mins walk. Breakfast was good - hot and cold food, and can sit outside in the garden if weather is good

Nice hotel the only down side was, it's about and 20/30 minute walk to Old town. Which isn't too long a walk but after walking down and a full day walking around it's a tad annoying having to walk back up! Breakfast was nice! Plenty of choice

Nice Place.
It was fine to stay at. Only a short walk to the metero and close to squares with markets and music. Clean and well kept, and a cute blond girl at the reception desk, I recomended the place.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, central location, but we found the beds in our room quite uncomfortable. The common locations had been redone but decor in our room was sparse and dated. Upon rereading the hotel's description after our stay, it was as advertised but certainly nothing above and beyond the basic place to lay your head. The wifi was also quite slow at less then 0.5Mbps download.

Value for money
Hotel was easy to find, near subway station, within walking distance to tram lines. A no frills, clean and tidy hotel, had an all you can eat buffet breakfast with a hot dish as well as cold offerings, plenty of tea and coffee. Hotel staff were very matter of fact, but pleasant and spoke English well. Used this hotel whilst visiting my daughter for a few days and I was on a tight budget. The hotel room had a nice bathroom, plenty of hot water, a mini bar and also had free wifi. Quiet mostly at nights, though you could hear the shower running next door. Overall good value for money nothing to complain about, if you are looking for low cost clean and simple accommodation this hotel ticks the box but if you want something more luxurious then this is not the hotel to choose.

Review for the Plaza
These marks are for the Plaza hotel which is owned by the same company and is just around the corner. When we turned up at this hotel they told us we had been upgraded to the Plaza which was really nice, good breakfast, usual continental spread. We were on first floor so street noise was a little disruptive but still got sleep.

This hotel was ok. it was in a good location just being a few blocks away from downtown. and it was in a good area. it was next to a bunch of other hotels. you have to pay extra for parking though...and breakfast. even though my itinerary said free breakfast. They wouldn't honor it. other than that it was ok. I wont stay there again though.

1st ever dissapointment of a hotel.
I am not really sure what to say. My travels include hostels, hotels and over 35 countries. You get there, when i asked for the spa, they said that it takes a long time to put it on and then i saw its not free its expensive. Next. Could not move in a minute before the room opened at 3pm. Next, i asked them to call me a can for the next morning, th y said nothing, when i read the wholedisclaimer after getting into my room i read that i have to use their taxi and its about 3 times the price. I was disgusted that they didnt say anything. Then getting into the room, ots dirty, its not extremely dirty but everything is stained and rugs are disrty and old. My bedding was so old, it was torn on some places It felt kinda clean luckily though. i am not going to continue but the 6 previous nights in prague i stayd somewhere else. It was so so much more enjoyable. This hotel rooms does have space though.

50 euro fines for using their towels to clean your make up but every towel neatly has got stains.
This is expensive to call even aroun europe! 25 czk os around 1 euro.

Excellent economy hotel in Prague
I had a very pleasant 6 night stay at Prague Centre Superior situated in a quiet and safe area. While room could be upgraded it was comfortable. A very pleasant 20 minute walk will bring you to the centre or 10 minutes to tram/underground.Breakfast choice good and plentiful.Also found lovely Czech restaurant 4 doors to left at corner. Don't be put off.Great value and good food.

Nice long weekend break.
Arrived Friday 4th sept, weekend break..found it hard finding hotel as we got bus & train from airport..very easy.. but once there was ok & only a 10min stroll to wen square..we was on ground floor at back of hotel. Room was comfy but only 1 English Channel..bbc news...good films on but all in Czech...pity...breakfast was cold meats,cheese & cereal..also soup & a kinda egg rice & veg..I liked it but partner never..cakes & bread..good breakfast but I did miss Toast..plenty of hot coffees & teas & juice also..There's a strip of fast food shops at bottom of road macdonalds, kfc & subway only 5 mins walk so Somethink for everyone..Tip..do not use the indian restaurant up a side street at top of wenceles square on the left side past M&S.. It's opposite " Rockys Irish bar " They are not indian & the food is awful even the poppedoms were out of a packet & onions cut into circles laid on a plate..all curry sauce had no taste only of aniseed..rank..Rockys Irish bar is a good crack..you can change your money in there any currency for a good rate..

Basic Hotel,but cheap price. (Information on area.
On a busy street but with good double glazing so it was not a problem. About 15-20 mins walk from Wenseslas square. Take good, comfortable walking shoes, cos you are going to need them! (We walked around all the sights.) Basic, but reasonable hotel, on a par with a basic travel Lodge. Very nice 'buffet style' breakfast, with enough choice to start the day. Staff could not speak much English, so we were unable to get much information from them, although they seemed pleasent enough. Get a good clear map, buy tickets for the metro,tram & bus down in the underground station and make sure you get them validated when you get on the tram, etc. Tram 22 is great for getting between sights. Restaurants outside the busy tourist areas are much cheaper!

Good location
Comfortable enough hotel, though it was easy to hear other guests and let's just say I had some quite noisy neighbours playing their music loudly. However bathroom and bedroom were both very clean and fit for purpose. It was also a very easy walk to the old town. In fact I walked everywhere I went.

We stayed on the 6th floor and it was very very hot. We asked if there was a fan but to no avail. 30-45 min walk to old town. Close to tram station. Breakfast was decent, wi-fi was sub-par. Staff nice enough. Maybe rooms are better on a different floor don't recommend for 50 euros

On arrival the receptionist could not have been more helpful, gave us local info on tours and attractions. They also advised us about the costs of taxis to avoid being ripped off. The room was large and clean although the double we were in was 2 singles put together so there was a ridge in the middle to be avoided at all costs!!! The lobby and lift area was clean and tidy.

Prague Centre Superior - very good deal
Virtually nothing wrong with this hotel, at least not in the room I had. You'll get the best value for your money, in its price range. Very clean, quiet, free WiFi, jacuzzi and sauna (for a charge, but still). Breakfast might be better, but was still quite acceptable.

Waren auf Kurzurlaub in Prag. Frühstück war ausreichent, das Personal war sehr freundlich und war ständig bestrebt das Angebot nach zulegen. Die Zimmer waren gut, nur die Matratze war zu hart. Die Dame an der Rezeption konnte leider nur englisch und tschechisch, so das eine Verständigung eher schwirig war.
