Great it would be way better if they had a pool on the 9th floor deck

Not Comfortable.

All the receptionist are very kind and polite but not Concierge desk. We stayed this hotel for 3nights. Amenities are very poor. Items are just for one person and one soap for 3nights. Bed is comfortable but same pillow cases for 3nights, never replacement.

We are participating in a program called "make a green choice". The card is placed on your bed with all the details and an explanation. Great stay.

Very good hotel, great service, very tidy. Concierge service (suggestions where to go, making restaurants, tours and taxi bookings was exceptional hence deserves special mentioning. Breakfast was good. The location is a bit further away from most of points of interest, about 15-20 min walk. Other thank that great experience.

Pleasant stay

Generally a very comfortable hotel. We had a really pleasant stay. Kudos to the concierge staff who were very helpful in providing information and tips for us to get about the city with ease. However, the staff at the restaurant at breakfast need to put on more smiles on their faces to make our experience more pleasant.

Great hotel,Great location!

My two daughters and I recently visited Prague and stayed at the Shereton Hotel. We had the Executive Suite with two single beds and an additional sofa bed. The room and was spacious,clean and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was plentyful and staff very pleasant and attentive. Particularly ,one of the lovely waiter's (beige uniform...didn't catch his name!.). He greeted with a smile and ensured we had everything we needed each morning. The hotel is in a very good location,close to all the sites and places to eat. All within walking distance,about 10 minutes away. Would have given all 5 star but we had a small issue with the bedding which required replacing.Unfortunately,a family member had allergy to feather bedding so requested replacement. Staff were very helpfull. A bit of a delay but was eventually resolved. We had a pleasant stay and would recommend.

Great hotel, little far from main square

Great hotel, nice rooms, nice bathroom, stay was comfortable. Breakfast was just normal, with lot of breads, and did not offer wide variety of fruits, and no option for cakes, which you do not expect from sheraton. 20 min walk from main centreand Charles Bridge. 25 min walk to funicular train. but overall a nice one.

Disappointed with the hotel. Booked a king sized bed instead got two single. Nothing hotel could do about it as hotel was fully booked Hairdryer broken. Used plaster under bed so it had not been cleaned properly before. Pillows very uncomfortable. Complementary water was not provided on 3 rd day of stay after room was cleaned. On last morning we were leaving drilling in the hotel close at our room started about 9am. Good location. Nice staff.
