I specifically asked for a room with a bathtub that was close without having to walk very far. They literally put me at the farthest distance being the last room at the farthest end of the longest hallway upstairs. The bathtub faucet did not work. I told them and they said they can switch my room but I already hauled heavy luggage up and was too tired, weak and worn out to move it again without help so needed to soak in the tub and they would not help me move to do so. I had just had cancer surgery and was in pain and they knew all this when I checked in. The sink did not have hot water only cold and their was dirty foot prints on the bathroom floor and hair in the sink and on the toilet. The refrigerator did not work. This room was unacceptable and staff was not helpful knowing my situation and condition and that I was in town for a funeral. This was not acceptable and they did not seem to care when I reported it!

Room wasnt as fancy as expected like the leo collection but still nice for the price.jetted tub was nice 👌...front desk lady super friendly...wont be able to comment about the breakfast since i have to check out at 4 am to go to work but overall definitely a place i would go again for the price 😊. Great price, but you get what you pay for. Stains on head board, and furniture. Peeling paint, repairs needed to walls. Bathroom tub had stains and rust. Overall room felt outdated and dirty.

I do not recommend...not worth it
The bathrooms were not cleaned fully. Hair in the tub and on the floor that was not mine. I asked for an extra blanket and was told they had none in the entire place. Keep in mind I passed on room cleaning so not sure how they planned to change my bedding. Half the work out equipment does not work. The juice machine for breakfast did not work. The waffles were rocks. The milk was in a pitcher left uncovered in a mini fridge. There was a horrible smell of very strong air freshener to cover up whatever. The beds are hard and you can feel the springs in them. You can tell they don't fully vaccuum the rooms as they had dust and dirt all in the corners. Walkways were not shoveled or salted and when you step through the doors the floor was extremely slippery with no signs or anything put out. Its a lawsuit waiting to happen. I would not recommend....pay the extra $50 or whatever to stay somewhere else....its worth it I wish I had!

Overcharged me, I caught this at checkout the lazy lady behind the counter that was sleeping said she will correct later never did . I wasted a lot of time on the phone. They admitted their mistake as a computer glitch waiting on refund .Staff Rude and uncaring. Breakfast food was horrible cold, stale, nasty.. room could definitely use some upgrades and repairs water took forever to get warm.

Staff were great. Check in was easy. Breakfast was a good variety. Coffee was 24 hours. Yay!! Pool was nice and large and was not busy. Overall hotel was a little worn and the heater was touchy, but the staff made up for it. They were fabulous. I would stay again.
