Cons: cleanliness and in room amenities
Location: I was there for work meetings
you have to go down to the front desk and get dishes for your room 3 out of the 4 times I went to get coffee in the lobby - the pot was empty - and the rooms do not have coffee pots it snowed several inches the night that I stayed - I went out to my vehicle the next morning only to find that whoever plowed the lot that morning, plowed my car in. The pile was higher than my knee high boots. In the room - the exterior of the fridge was disgusting and it looked as if a toddler drooled all over the tv screen. It was not a comfortable stay by any means and I not return.

Cons: Needs up dating!
Ok for a short stay and a place to sleep. No night lobby staff. Not even trash removal. In safe area.

Nice hotel close to the conference hall.

Pros: Room was wide enough.
Cons: I want to set hair dryer at each room.
Location: Mexican restaurant is near the hotel.
I attend the exhibition "The battery show". Season was nice, so my travel was very comfortable.

Adequate stay.

Hotel staff was not at the desk in the morning. Had to wait a while for someone to show up. When I booked, the info said breakfast was included. They have no breakfast. Coffee and granola bars. Hotel would not print a receipt when I checked out. Claimed they couldn't because I booked through Expedia. This is ridiculous - other hotels print a receipt with no problem. Staff not friendly or helpful. They need training in customer service.

Okay Stay. Not impressed.

No one was at the check-in counter for 15 minutes or more. Had to contact the call center to hunt someone down. Room carpet was very spotted with stains. It may have been clean (?) but felt dirty. I liked the 3 pillows on the bed with 3 different "hardness" levels. I was able to find the pillow that worked for me.

Window fell out, toilet seat loose, no housekeeping during our 3 day stay, no real breakfast to speak of... cup of joe & a gramola bar or muffin, no hair dryer

No cleaning done after 1st night stay.

Stay was for 2 nights. There was no cleaning / Janitor to rearrange or change the bath towels after 1st night and was surpised. I said never mind and let it go.

Very dirty hotel

Room smelt very bad, drawers were not cleaned, dust in furniture. Furniture are old and full of scratches. Hair in bathroom. Carpet was not vacuumed at all.
