Everything is fine. Staffs are good only guy at front desk took lots of time to check me in and did not give us priority and was doing other work.

It was a good stay. Only issue was carpet had several stains.

Nice Hotel, excellent facility for a wedding

Attended a wedding. The banquet room was pleasant, well lit and comfortable. Serving staff were very friendly and helpful. The washroom facilities were clean well stocked and close to the event. Lots of nooks and crannies to relax in as well. Will definitely recommend this venue for similar activities.

I called for room service and no one picked up after five minutes. On the second night when i lost my key, lets say it was a Wednesday night around 7pm. I go to the front deak and litereallybaas waiting there for ten minutes unattended! There was absolutely no staff! I finally scouted out an employees only room whete as i went to walk in a staffer walked out and told me "they would get someone to help me"-long story short terrible service also when i checked in my complimentary water bottle was open and half drunken from, nice especially considering i opted for club room access-:(
