Highly recommend for people who are visiting Novi Sad or Serbia for the first time. Lovely staff who are always there to help, hotel is very well maintained and the room was very clean. Close to a lot of different things. Will definitely stay there aging!

Everything as expected!
Great location at outskirts of town. A bit on the noisy street but good windows help a lot. Staff is just amazing! Unfortunately didn't have the time to try the swimming pool.

two pools but not in downtown
We choose this hotels because it advertises two pools, although we knew in advance it's not really near the downtown. The hotel does offer a nice indoor pool and a great breakfast, but the outdoor pool had a lot of bees flying around, the room was rather small compared to the US, and the window was open letting a lot of mosquitoes in. The staff also raised some concerns about a child staying with two adults.

Hotel was ok. Staff was the highlight.
Small room and very noisy with dogs constantly barking outside. The room was clean and the bedding and towels were lovely. The ventilation system only blew in heat so it was impossible to have only a fan going.

Just perfect
I spent 2 nights at Prezident hotel. The hotel staff is friendly, helpful, discrete and professional. It took me no more than 2 minutes to check in successfully. My room was comfortable and clean. The location is convenient and the services the hotel offers are amazing. I will definitely come back to this hotel. Thank you for everything!

Business stay at Prezident
Has some issue with lighting switch (could not switch of one lamp) - I reported at the reception, and the electrician was there within 10 minutes... new hotel, in excellent condition. Location is easy to access, good parking, but nothing special in nearby distance to take a walk or so.

Quick trip to Sebia
The hotel staff were quickly responsive to many requests from me, and there were plenty of staff available. They were patient with my confusion about the language. The free parking for my car was nice. The breakfast is excellent and the two swimming pools are beautiful.

Excellent hotel where we are going to come again.
Hotel is situated in a quite area in Novi Sag. The building is not huge, but renovated so it has some limitations. The best thing at this hotel is the staff. They are very friendly and they try to do their best even if you tip or not.

Modern, clean, friendly staff
This is an excellent choice for business travelers and tourists. The location is just outside the center of the city, but everything can be reached by a short walk or a very cheap taxi ride. All of the good elements of this hotel far outweigh its slightly non-central location.

The hotel is new, and well kept, however, the bathroom is not optimal. The location - a main street about 30 minutes to walk to downtown Novi Sad. The staff is nice, well trained and always willing to help. It is very nice if you are for business here, but not for pleasure.

You get what you pay for, and the cost/benefit on this hotel is about right. It does all the basics well and is comfortable. However, it has several drawbacks that are unexpected for a hotel that rates itself 5 stars. The restaurant is poor. There is little or no effort put into making the food any better than minimally acceptable hotel food. You do much better at half the price eating in the city center. Second, the hotel is far from the old city center, thus have to take a taxi to get to other good places to eat and the local sights. Finally, the gym is limited. It does not contain any running machine. Overall ok, but don't believe all the self-hype.

Neither 5 star nor in town BUT...
Hotel Prezident is a five star hotel and I'm a fairy princess. First night in Serbia and I was totally bummed to find out I was not staying in a five star hotel. I had heard Serbia wasn't very expensive so even though it wasn't expensive I thought it was still going to be fancy. As we moved on to Beograd I began to learn that the hotel rating system in Serbia is not to be trusted. That being said, it was still the cleanest hotel we saw in the country, the staff was very attentive and it was a cheap cab ride into the center. There were also some nice touches that gave the hotel a cool vibe. But don't go expecting a five star hotel.

very nice but...
climate control was feeble in my room and in my companion's room. rooms were uncomfortably warm. we had fan on and cold selected and it cooled minimally. otherwise my room was great, but my companion's room was considerably smaller and toilet area was cramped and uncomfortable. service was excellent, staff was friendly, and the free breakfast buffet was fantastic.

This hotel is trying to be classy, but it was even a challenge takibg a shower. Room was fancy, but main things were falling appart. Staff was not flexible. Not worth the money

Best hotel and staff in Novi Sad!
We travel all over the world for work and this was one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. The hotel was clean and attractive with lots of space. The best part however was the staff. The staff went above and beyond to take care of all our needs and were so friendly, kind and generous! When we needed food at odd hours, they were there; when we needed business services they were instantly there day or night. There was nothing lacking in our experience. Highly recommended.

Short but pleasant stay in Serbia
Not here long enough really but this hotel has everything you need really. Room was not exactly the biggest I've stayed in but for the short time i was there it did the job. Staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel is also very close to the centre so 15 minute walk and you are in the lovely centre. I would certainly stay here again.

Novi Sad 5 star...
Rated a 5 star and may be in Novi Sad, but after staying at Hilton Budapest, was not in same class...was nice, clean, nice bed, but not in room coffee/tea service, not amazing toiletries, tv was snowy and couldn't get good reception. That said...staff was great, breakfast terrific, and swimming pool lovely. Close to center of city..25 min. Walk to bus and train station and close to all town attractions.
