"Front desk clerk was super nice. Rooms seem to be declining in condition and cleanliness. This used to be a really nice place to stay. Not a lot of options in Coffeyville."

"Stayed 3 nights. Reserved a double bed room. Assigned a king bed room by manager who was off duty, no other options. Waiting for a table in a restaurant we met another person staying at this hotel. Single man given a 2 bed room? We were moved to a 2 bed room the second night. No maid service for 2nd night? Air conditioner sounded like it had a bucket of bolts inside when it turned on. Maintenance couldn't fix it. Went down to the bar for a beer but out of stock for any draft beer? Managers only on duty 9 to 5. Reservation clerks were no help. Not the Hilton quality it should be. Cheap hotel."

"This is a old place that is being renovated. I would feel very safe in this block building if there was a bad storm. Small window. Lack of wall outlets for us. It was clean, except for the microwave and the turntable in it didn’t work either. There were no amenities. The bed was very comfortable. The AC unit looked relatively new. For a one night stay it did just fine."

"I booked this property specifically because it had a hot tub. When I arrived, the hot tub was not functional and seemed it hadn't been for awhile. I understand that parts break, but if a property is taking an amenity away for an extended period of time, it should be removed from the listing and those who already booked it should be informed so that the reservation can be cancelled and I could find another place with a hot tub, or choose to keep the reservation knowing there no longer is one available."
