Horrendous experience! Venezuela is basically closed off to the world because of the massive earthquakes. Despite this, this hotel did not have the humanity and decency to cancel my reservation and give me my money back considering there was no way to get there. Nothing but thieves and thugs. Never again! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
