Service is flaky some of the staff is nice but the majority is stuck up and unhelpful … we had issue with the jacuzzi not working and water dripping from the roof and management didn’t do a thing about it , it’s too pricey for such a lousy experience

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was very clean and the staff was excellent. Food was good and the beach is great. It is in a hotel zone so no real shopping within easy walking distance. The only complaint I would have is that the wifi was very spotty at best. We received an access code on arrival that did not work most of the time so had to come to the lobby for service. If you do require good service while away, this won’t be for you. Thankfully we were there to unwind and relax so wifi was secondary, just a bit annoying
