From the time we arrived to the time we left, the staff was there to pamper us with whatever we needed. The hotel is clean and beautiful. A special shout out to our pool concierge, Oscar. He was there to pamper us for seven days. The food was very good.

This resort is top notch. From the staff, to the facilities, to the cleanliness, to the food. Yes some meals are better than others, but overall it is really good, especially the food around the pool and at the beach club. We really enjoyed the room service food also, which you only pay 10% of the menu price for. Our meal on the first night, which was really good, cost $1.62. The staff is incredibly friendly and the service is great. The beach club staff would literally walk up behind me and take half-drank beers out of my hand and replace them with ice cold fresh ones. You can't beat that. Numerous people have complained about the hard beds, and they are right, they are hard. Some people like hard beds, but I don't. If the beds were replaced, I am not sure that I could find one thing to comment on. We had a one bedroom penthouse and really enjoyed the views and the private rooftop pool. The kids club was great for our 3-year old, the Mexican fiesta on Tuesday night at the sister resort was incredible, and the overall experience was the best we've ever had.

The hotel is very nice and they keep it very clean. It is in a very safe area. If you are looking to walk around to restaurants and stores then this is not the place to be. A very nice beach to walk down. Like all Mexican vacations avoid the time share presentation unless you really want to buy or have very strong will power.

Very nice family hotel. The hotel staff was great! Food was great even though they didn't have many restaurants. The hotel is quite far from downtown so if you want to stay on a central area this is not the place for you. Great place to relax (except for all the children)?but overall a great experience.

NICE HOTEL, BEAUTIFUL BEACH AND POOL, GOOD TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM AIRPORT.
NO UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE WITH "HIGH POWERED SALES FOR TIMESHARES/AND CONDO
PURCHASES" FROM THE HOTEL, BUT NAVIGATING THROUGH THE AIRPORT WAS UNPLEASANT
THE LOCAL SALES PEOPLE JUST DO NOT LET UP....
THE HOTEL IS LOCATED IN NEUVO VALLARTA ABOUT 15 MILES FROM PEURTO VALLARTA.
GOOD BUS SERVICE AND TAXI SERVICE...OUR REASON FOR STAYING THERE RATHER THAN
IN PEURTO WAS THE GOLF COURSE AND FRIENDS WHO OWN A CONDO NEXT TO THE RESORT.
OTHERWISE WE WOULD HAVE STAYED IN PEURTO.
I DEFINITELY WOULD GO BACK .
CAR RENTAL - WE RENTED A CAR (IN THE EXPEDIA PACKAGE) GOOD PRICE.....WE ALSO TOOK
OUT THE INSURANCE FROM EXPEDIA, BUT UPON ARRIVAL FOUND THAT THERE WAS NO LIABILITY
INSURANCE FROM OUR PERSONAL POLICY, AMEX, OR THE IN-ADDITION-TO POLICY. WE DID "NOT"
RENT THE CAR, AND COULD NOT FIND AN INTERNATIONAL NUMBER TO EXPEDIA. SO WE WERE
OUT THE CAR MONEY AND THE ADDITIONAL INSURANCE MONEY...........PLUS TRANSPORTATION AND
TAXI......................SO EXPEDIA WHERE IS YOUR INTERNATIONAL HELP NUMBER? YOU DO NOT
RESPOND TO E - MAIL.....

The location of the hotel is great! Right on the beach you can easily go from the ocean into the pool with just a few steps. Beautiful pool area and resort. The only thing was that you can tell that the don't do well with maintenance. Like if something was broken it was never fixed ex. Jacuzzis. Also for the price we expected at least a clean room. The room lacked cleanness. The coffee cups where dirty not washed.. Also the curtains of the room where white and they had either a chocolate or a blood stain on them. It was pretty gross. Other than that we had a good time. Also there is no store walking distance from the hotel. It's pretty secluded from all touristic areas.
