Not a 4 * hotel! Shabby room Horrible bed and pillows Maze to get to the room Rude unhelpful staff

Great location right by train station

It suits for basic needs but no frills. Very clean and comfortable. Beds comfortable. Restaurant expensive but great option on Sunday when all else is closed.

An Excellent Hotel in a good location

It is very convenient to the station and everywhere is within walking distance The Old town is full of interest and good for shopping The people on reception were very helpful and marking places on the map e.g. where the museums were and other other places of interest My only constructive comment would be that there was only one soap dispenser so you had to get out of the shower to remember to put it back on the sink it would have been useful to have had 2 It was a very clean hotel
