The lobby is grand and magnificent, It is great that there is always a staff member available to help take photos of you with the huge wing sculpture. The photos always come out professional looking. Their breakfast buffet and Sunday brunch are both delicious and I am impressed by how friendly, professional, and responsive the team that works at Pala Restaurant. The room I stayed was clean and beautiful. They even upgraded us to the one with a lagoon so we could enjoy some private swimming away from the crowd. We had a splendid time there and would definitely consider Apurva Kempinski if we return to Bali

This property is one that you should plan to stay at for a few days in order to maximize your stay. I only stayed for 3 days and it wasn't enough. Several restaurants to try, The Spa & shops will keep you on the go! so much ground to cover. The only thing that did not sit well with me was a peacock that that was locked in a cage appearing to be held captive and cried at all hours. It truly made me feel so bad, the cries were like a baby calling for "Mom". That was the most unsettling out of my experience here.

Wow..wow..wow!! What an amazing hotel! I cannot fault anything. We stayed in the one bedroom villa and it exceeded our expectations. From the beautiful pool to the magnificent two bathrooms and the marble staircase. The huge super king bed and large feather pillows ensured a perfect sleep. We literally did not want to leave. The breakfast in the Villa lounge offering à la carte and buffet options was exceptional as well as the afternoon tea. A special mention to chef Desak who gave us such a personalised experience going above and beyond for us, Her cooking and service was outstanding. Anastasia was also so generous to us offering extended checkout in another room, as we had a late night flight, this was so greatly appreciated and unexpected. Thank you!! I also appreciated the farewell gift given to us by Ariadi. The staff here have made us feel so special we can’t wait to come back to experience this amazing hotel again.

We had a wonderful stay at Kempinski and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Bali. The resort is beautiful, spacious, and very well maintained, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Its location close to the beach makes it a perfect place to unwind for a few days after a long flight before continuing your journey around Bali. We would also like to give special recognition to Sudi, who worked at the lunch restaurant. She was always warm, welcoming, and attentive, making every visit a pleasure. We would also like to thank the manager of the Chinese restaurant, who greeted us every day with genuine kindness and made us feel truly welcome. Both of them provided outstanding service and helped make our stay memorable.
