"Had a great stay with the family. All the staff members were so friendly and welcoming. The service was 10/10 and made the stay even better. The junior suite we booked was spacious and comfortable for all of us. The buggy service was great to get around the hotel. The grounds were immaculate and was nice to stroll around. The kids club was probably the best one we’ve experienced. The staff members there seemed to genuinely care about the kids and made them feel special. "Big hotel, so you have to walk a lot, but the walkways are lovely made - nature and greenery. We love that it is close the the outdoor mall Bali connection, so you don’t have to eat all the time in the hotel or order a taxi."
