The staff were really helpful as we had a long day on the road and just got really lucky that we found this hotel. The beds were extremely comfy and breakfast was delicious

I felt a little angry and I didn't like that they
Everything else was decent but when I made my reservation the system allowed me 5 people in the room it only had two beds which I felt bad for my children and my wife and I also for sleeping uncomfortable but at that time we had to stay anyway In other hotels, when they allow 5 in a room, they provide you with a third bed or sofa bed and that way we would be much more comfortable. My suggestion would be to only accept 4 people per room or add an additional bed.

The worst breakfast I have seen in months and I stay at a lot of hotels. Not even Regular Tea - just lemon and Earl Grey. and disgusting looking eggs and sausage. The room was fine but many noisy families with obnoxious kids running in the hallways.

At Hampton Inn Nanuet, we offer a complimentary hot breakfast for our guests to have a good start to their day, so it's regrettable to learn that we fell short in this instance. We are a family-friendly hotel and do have guests staying with kids. We understand that this could mean noisy children at times, and we wish you had made us aware of this issue during your stay, as we would have been happy to request the concerned guests (parents) to take control of the situation or move you to another room to make your stay as comfortable as possible. My stay was fine two concerns first the elevator was old and made the strangest sounds and I didn’t feel safe at all riding it and the heating stun the room was so loud every time it came on I thought somebody was trying to break into the room kinda hard to sleep I ended up turning it off and just being cold

Fashion show
Our stay was perfect. It was a short stay. We were in town for a fashion show. We arrive at the hotel at approximately 1130 am. There were no rooms available. We told the front desk that we drove three hours and need to be at the mall for a 2 pm model call. We needed to arrive with makeup on . The staff was gracious enough to get us a room on no time

Very much appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms, the comfort and cleanliness of the beds (bedding, pillows), nice large tv, fast internet, lovely staff... Couldn't have asked for more. Note: A potato option could be added to the breakfast buffet, which was otherwise very good.
