Basement
I walked through the door and you smell febreeze covering a musty odor of wet Rock. A smell that was found in the pillows and bed covers.
There's a nail head sticking out of the floor in front of that pot belly stove.
There is moss growing on the edge of the second floor balcony, that's growing on a fake grass carpet, and that's underneath the wood flooring which has a loose board and rotted railings.
The grounds are unkept and look like they haven't been mowed in years.
The rain gutters have plants growing out of them and I think a tree also.
There's a stain on a comforter. Can't tell if it's Kool Aid or blood. The same holds true for the carpet in the dinning area.
The car bottoms out in the driveway.
Dinning room chairs are broken. My daughters shirt was torn and she received a scratch on her arm.
I got a splinter in my foot that came off the sliding door of the 1st floor bathroom.
There were ants in the bed of room # 2.
The hot water of the 1st floor bathtub has a non stop drip.
Overall this Cottage needs to be exterminated, cleaned, painted, and landscaped...
